Serendipity

Serendipity in… Why not in Woolloomooloo?

Recently I met a brilliant Bachelor student. Her name is Leah. She lived in the EU and was on her way to the next airport in Switzerland (a none-EU country). Leah taught me that she would like to finish her studies quickly, but a missing service urged her to prolong the studies by one semester.

Why longer and not smarter studies?

Leah continued: “It would be quite functional and a helpful tool for successful students worldwide, not only for that kind of elite generation… Ambitious and talented, skilled human resources choose to study often at elite universities. Thus, driven by the salient motivation to hand in good results and always focusing to be faster and better, this includes therefore passing the exams just-in-time.”

However, aware of the necessity to communicate fluently, not only in Business English, French, (Switzerland) German and Italian – a standard in the Metropolitan Upper Rhine Region (MURR) – the increased values of seldom spoken languages motivate students like Leah to improve language skills overseas.

Leah, planning to leave Europe, had to request for the official agreement: “kindly accept the prolongation of the official number of six semesters to seven, just to pass one single test.

As a result, the surprising question came up in the fast running train: “Why not passing the procedures in a few days, far away in another country with different time zones, for example in Woolloomooloo?”

Located in and on a beautiful country or big island, direct flights take more than 12 hours from Eastern France / Switzerland. And, the local universities there are perfectly well equipped – high ranking worldwide.

So what’s the quick solution for a short time frame in the next months?

Finally, I don’t know yet, if the administration of the university will agree on Leah’s individual request; thus, it would be smart, if future universities – in general – could offer that kind of innovative e-cabins-test-centers where students could log into a video surveyed room with a special code and transfer the right answers to the test questions in safe digital modes resembling to existing formats (eventually similar to a global standards like the Printable Document Format).

When leaving the fast running train, Leah agreed with us: This idea isn’t a revolutionary idea. Already, frequently used at court, it became quite normal. Testimonies are broadcast via video sessions and provided electronically.

Time is money! So, just do it, why not?

Socializing and sharing here this interesting business opportunity in co-operation with Leah, all those lovers of languages and curious researchers would be happy, due to their trend to invest energies abroad. Their wish to get more support from their universities in order to enrich the Curriculum vitae (CV) with practical skills is preferred by companies and helps to overcome the weaknesses of too long and outdated CVs.

But, is this idea really applicable? Will the quality of short-term communication improve?

Leah and us, we hope to read some critical voices here, why this fresh brainstorming idea might not work, does it? Leah asks: “Please tell us, where the error is or what were the problems with this request? Thanks for your attention and the esteemed time.

Japanese for Chinese 3.0

Why China is losing its quality workers…

It happened in ancient towns around Chengdu…

Historical events reported Chengdu people as powerful…

It is still a secret: the best things of China are exported now to Japan…

And these are the conditions for healthy men…: not drinking and smoking… the monthly income of 7.000 RMB working 72 hours a week – food and hotel rooms are inclusive for in total three years, always two men as partners in one good hotel room…

They will see their families regularly three times a year again. Most of them are actually single.

Their flights will be paid, too. Japan’s electronic industry must hire cheap labour from China now due to its worsening demographic factor in Chibu.

According to some desktop internet research there seem to be living less than 50 people per square kilometer now. If one of these might fall in love, it is most likely that this Chinese worker will never come back.

The reasons seem to be more than obvious in these days full of smog and the polluted air in Beijing according to this critical statements. ‘The television program and especially the food is much better, the sky is clear, and the working conditions are much more improved, so that the chances for a real career in Japan are good there’, he shouts. What do they know about Fukushima?

On my questions such as ‘why not working in Shanghai?’, he smiles at me, raises the hands and describes the landing scenarios, a movement of a plane, arriving on a beautiful island in the ocean with natural resources and sponsored job opportunities in a modern world that suffers from a lack of young people willing to start a second life. …Sayonara! Good night, China.

Sorry, they workers did not prefer to be on a photo due to this actual and unique case of labour exports to China’s neighbour…

International testing of the service quality (letter logistics)

Quote

Logistics is complicated’ especially for insiders who might believe this…
Please read and comment…

Believe it or not – sending a letter by express mail for example from a metropolitan city in Southern Asia (for example in Hong Kong, Guangzhou or Shanghai) lead to new sales arguments in order to make ways of transportation longer although it could be shorter.
The real problem behind is that the guarantees have become a burden for most of the carriers, kerosene prices increased, labour cost also and thus the margins are lower. Nowadays you might hear arguments that aircrafts have to fly via Southern Asia to Northern Asia and from there with a stopover in South Korea to get the tanks full.
Then further statements that the transportation within Europe by freight carriers might take up to two days from locations that are close together (less than 400 km). This takes in reality less than half an hour by air mail which the clients are paying for. They do not use the BER, the unfinished airport or logistics centres that are disturbed by passenger traffic.
The biggest point however is then the fact, that mailing services have to transport urgent letters by extra cars that will need for transports less than 15 km needs round about 12 minutes.
As a result, you might re-think why letters who might need maximum 18 hours transportation are delivered in 72 hours only. Is this a strategy to satisfy clients or get them to pay higher prices?
Testing, how long letters might take then we use today QR Codes linking to this website. Feel free to tell us the time and place where you have seen these letters.

Better Investment

A realistic outlook for the next decade

Trading becomes more challenging for the last decade. As a result of an on-going process in deteriorated business confidence, decision-making and the time-to-hire lengthen.

Shortening earnings are visible. The headcount continue to adjust down to reflect these facts. However, increasing in areas, experiences with high growth rates are principally better in Asia and its start-ups.

Thus, investors prefer these more attractive, East Asian economies to plan their next businesses.

update 2013 | fresh investments in airport lahr?

do check plan act

Published worldwide in global media, one of four airports in the Metropolitan Upper Rhine Region is insolvent (or just bankrupt).

Check back and feel better updated about new growth scenarios in this area with a feedback on your business plans. Do check plan and act now, the times were never better…

Visit the video when the last German Pope landed in the above mentioned area to meet a former president and thousands of fans of the German Pope in Freiburg im Breisgau.

Buy an airport? Who can afford this? Maybe owners of oil fields in Africa ? Why not, better than closing down a potential logistics centre in the very near future.

All about a special New Year tradition throughout and in the world

We have seen this year many fireworks beginning in New Zealand, Sydney, Hong Kong or Berlin.

It seem to be the ‘business as usual’as every year! However, the world has changed.

Imagine if a father with his son could no longer stand what they see and hear in the media about the consequences for the victim and what it must have suffered until it’s death.

The brutal massacre of an unknown proud woman, planning to marry the next month in a country of dream colours, it is India.

What about the mother and the sister or the pregnant women of a girl, thinking of the future and how to educate their children towards a better world together in partnership with boys?

Endless shame has overcome one of the most colourful states in the Asian continent. The brutal massacre happened at a place where the former leader of a great nation, Mahatma Gandhi, was assassinated on January 30, 1948, almost 3 years after WW2.

What would we have said to such events happening in our countries? Could we imagine more than 80 reports from raped victims in just 24 hours, which is estimated round about 30.000 per year ONLY in New Delhi protests?

Stop Rape Globally, a special video for India, the co-production of Bernd Suhm and Ulrich H. Kiefer gives some possible answers.

Possible solutions how to handle the situation in very critical situations when a drastard has chosen a victim: let us focus on that drastard in front of you – they fear opponents.

I’m sure, we’ll be able in one year to celebrate a better ‘Happy New Year’ tradition in 2014!

Año Nuevo. Bonne Année. Buon Anno. Buono Anni. Happy New Year. Próspero Año Nuevo. Xínnián kuàilè.
