When a former G8 partner is looking now for retaliation to those drastic sanctions, the peoples of the G7 nations and especially from Asia Pacific know that the cancellation of the overflight-rights by the former G8 country will increase f.e. the prices of air tickets for business trips between Southeast Asian countries like (Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, East Timor, Indochina, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Guinea, Singapore, Thailand, The Philippines, and Vietnam)

So, which are those better opportunities for us?

Unfortunately the usage of Twitter in Europe seems to be more important to multinational corporations from the United States of America than to local enterprises: [I am thinking about those Small and Medium sized enterprises (SME)].

Finally regarding Asia Pacific it should be mentioned that social networks like FB and Twitter are still blocked in mainland China [and maybe also worth to mention actually in Russia and /or Turkey eventually, too.] Therefore, future customers cannot be reached in their on-going projects in rapidly growing markets.

There [Asia Pac.] and in Europe, some media are unhappy about the changing trends:

– drastically reducing the consumption of paper the growth rates are negative
– although the communication with active clients should be increased daily
– in order to follow various new trends, like those Asian megatrends.

Teaching English in secondary schools in Hong Kong in the New Territories

My active contribution to Asia Pacific was due to the fact that parents of my young students couldn’t afford higher tuition fees. During the second period a plan to help and overcome tsunami crisis was not possible. in 2005, direct help by VIPs sent by private aid convoy, did not enter the devastated countries: therefore I decided to teach about this topic – all about tsunamis – fresh release of psychological material, in English classes in Hong Kong’s in New Territories.

Today, ten years after, the aid convoy is top actual due to the civil wars in the Asia Pacific and the Near East Areas.

Do you agree that event managers might have predicted it already much earlier?

We can see it in the Americas with those outstanding events and from reports of news tickers:

– Never play games on a Friday, the 13th: so, a historical record 50+; hit by hits, one nation may defeat another, incredible stories of ridicule, made easy and possible by clashing those former monopoly number one players: heavy lessons to learn by choosing unhealthy wild cards telling the actors of the game finally: ‘go back to zero’.

– Controversial talks since the very first moment during a world competition in sports: “do you share opinions like: #global #organisation: #work like the sad results of a massive lack of educational trainings in a poor managements’ world?

– A new measuring technology to be introduced after decades of open or hidden talks, unhappy requests, due to a historical event in the golden 50s: Thus, you may ask ‘Is this innovative?’.

– Will video-replay technology work well finally? Used rarely, but don’t change decisions then?

– Unfinished | future work projects: unhealthy construction | working condition.

– White foam of colours on the green ground: why vanish smoothly, for whom? Show and exhibit only

– Why counting out time for… outdated resume? Why not counting for your successful blog?

Reporting from a visit of the second recruiting trade show in the Metropolitan Upper Rhine Region

Being asked about new trends in South East Asia Ulrich H. Kiefer answered to questions like ‘What are the new trends in HR recruiting in the Greater Shanghai Region’…

One of the valid answers were: the situations will be changing rapidly due to an unhealthy demographic development in some Central European countries.

Thus asking the local HR manager’s plans in their strategy to scout for and finally catch the talented people the surprised facelift was really stunning:
– How to Win more time now with better strategies as the lessonss-to-learn from Asia Pacific?
– How to invest time in the research on foreign markets f.e. in the fields of HR development analysis?
– How to change the actual offline situation into online scenarios in selected social media.

Finally, Ulrich H. Kiefer mentioned the key phrase you can hear in the streats of Hong Kong and other metropoles everyday and everywhere: ‘This-Is-China’.

According to some desktop internet research there seem to be living less than 50 people per square kilometer now. If one of these might fall in love, it is most likely that this Chinese worker will never come back.

The reasons seem to be more than obvious in these days full of smog and the polluted air in Beijing according to this critical statements. ‘The television program and especially the food is much better, the sky is clear, and the working conditions are much more improved, so that the chances for a real career in Japan are good there’, he shouts. What do they know about Fukushima?

On my questions such as ‘why not working in Shanghai?’, he smiles at me, raises the hands and describes the landing scenarios, a movement of a plane, arriving on a beautiful island in the ocean with natural resources and sponsored job opportunities in a modern world that suffers from a lack of young people willing to start a second life. …Sayonara! Good night, China.

Sorry, they workers did not prefer to be on a photo due to this actual and unique case of labour exports to China’s neighbour…

Central Europe covered by water and Germany, especially well known in the USA as a little country with a lot of sun offers surprising news

Looking at this video on fox you might say that the solar business in Germany is a great one. It was! And the prejudice that Germany has a cleaner environment, we better do not show the tons of demolished houses and the smell of oil everywhere there.

Surprise: so, when the sun is missing and the climate changes are already arrived here, it seems that Europe could offer even more than rain and water flooding, maybe fresh water for dry states without water.

One thing is certain: the on-going rain fall will end in the highest floods since 400 to 500 years ever.
